Oatmeal Cookie Dough Soft Serve
This dairy-free Oatmeal Cookie Dough Soft Serve is a deliciously creamy, vegan alternative to regular ice cream!

ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 (12oz pack) Frozen Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, (or alternative nut butter)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A Dash of nutmeg, (about 1/8 teaspoon)
  • A Dash of ground cloves, (about 1/8 teaspoon)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips or chunks

instructions
 

  • To a high-speed blender, add the frozen banana, frozen coconut milk, oat milk, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and cloves. 
  • Blend or pulse until ingredients are fully combined.
  • Fold in the raisins and chocolate chips.
  • Transfer into a bowl and enjoy immediately or transfer into a bread pan and place into the freezer to harden for later!
