Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

This pumpkin pie milkshake is made with delicious, whole food ingredients, takes only 5 minutes to make and can easily be made vegan!

ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt, (or dairy-free yogurt to make vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, add bananas, coconut milk, ice, pumpkin, greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Blend thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
  • Transfer into a smoothie glass and add optional toppings such as my Pumpkin Cranberry Granola, whipped topping of choice or some extra pumpkin spice.
  • Serve!

notes

  1. Can be served immediately or put into the freezer to be enjoyed as "nice" cream!
  2. Optional: Add vanilla protein powder to the mix!
