Not only are pink pitaya bowls absolutely delicious…but look at that color?! 

This Pineapple Pitaya Smoothie Bowl is filled with some of my favorite fruit such as pink pitaya (duh!), banana, pineapple and mixed berries…Need I say more?!

Try this quick & easy smoothie bowl out for a refreshing breakfast or daytime snack!

Pineapple Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
This Pineapple Pitaya Smoothie Bowl is simple and quick to make and is made with a delicious blend of wholesome fruit, perfect for breakfast or lunch!

Yields 2 Servings

ingredients
  

  • 1 (3.5 oz) packet Frozen Pink Pitaya
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder, of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey, optional

Suggested Toppings

  • Granola
  • Natural Peanut Butter
  • Fresh Fruit

instructions
 

  • To a high-speed blender, add the frozen pink pitaya, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, frozen mixed berries, protein powder and honey.
  • Blend or pulse until all ingredients are completely combined. Texture should be smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer into your favorite smoothie bowl. 
  • Top with things like granola, natural peanut butter and your favorite fresh fruit!
