What better combo than cacao & coffee to start off your morning on a high note?!

This Morning Mocha Smoothie is packed with protein, rich cacao, cold brew coffee, oat milk and a little bit of peanut butter because who doesn’t love a chocolate and peanut butter duo?

Enjoy this smoothie as your breakfast, post-workout energy boost, lunch or as a snack! 

Want to make it vegan? Just swap out the greek yogurt for a non-dairy option like coconut yogurt!

Morning Mocha Smoothie
This creamy and delicious Morning Mocha Smoothie is packed with protein and makes for the perfect breakfast to help you kick-start your day.

Yields 1 Serving

ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup coffee, chilled or room temp
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice, (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon natural maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder, (optional)

instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend or pulse until all ingredients are completely combined and texture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  1. *Optional: Top with cacao granola or a drizzle of peanut butter!
